We're Still Here! Just a Little Busy Behind the Scenes...

Well, it's been a little quiet around here lately. Not because nothing has been happening at Kudos & Co. Quite the opposite, actually!

You know how it goes. You get busy doing the work, looking after clients, juggling projects and keeping all the plates spinning, and suddenly realise the website hasn't had much love and Facebook has been left to fend for itself.

So, we thought it was time for a little catch-up!

A lot happening in the NDIS space

If you work in the disability sector, you'll know there hasn't exactly been a shortage of changes to keep up with.

Changes to NDIS legislation, new requirements and ongoing adjustments have certainly kept us on our toes. There's been plenty of reading, researching, interpreting and working through what it all means in practice for the organisations and people we support.

And just when you think you've got your head around something, there's another update!

It's challenging at times, but it's also a big part of why we love the work we do. Helping businesses navigate the changes, make sense of their obligations and put practical processes in place.

Projects, projects and more projects

We've been wrapping up some projects, kicking off others and working with a wonderful mix of businesses along the way.

From systems and document management to compliance, operational support and all those behind-the-scenes things that make businesses tick, there's certainly been plenty of variety.

One of the things we enjoy most about Kudos is that no two clients or projects are quite the same. There's always something new to learn, a problem to solve or a better way of doing things to discover.

And yes, we still get a ridiculous amount of satisfaction from a beautifully organised SharePoint!

A little growing and evolving

Kudos & Co continues to evolve, too.

We're now working with contractors, which means we can bring additional skills and capacity to projects while still keeping the personal, flexible approach that's always been important to us.

It also means we have some room to welcome new clients, which is exciting!

We're not looking to become a big, complicated agency. We like being small enough to know our clients, understand their businesses and genuinely care about the work we're doing.

Getting out from behind the laptop

There's also been a bit of networking, exploring new opportunities and making some decisions about where to spend our time and energy.

That includes stepping away from some committees, joining others and continuing to connect with some pretty fabulous people along the way.

Running your own business has a funny way of opening doors you didn't even know were there. Sometimes it's about saying yes to something new, and sometimes it's about recognising when it's time to make room for something different.

And occasionally, it's just nice to have a conversation with someone who isn't on the other side of a Teams screen!

So, what's next?

More projects, more learning, more connections and hopefully a little more activity here on the website and socials.

We're looking forward to sharing a bit more of what we're working on, some useful insights from the sectors we support and perhaps the occasional glimpse behind the scenes.

And if you've been wondering what Kudos & Co has been up to, now you know. A little bit of everything, really!

We're still here, still growing and still doing what we love.

And we promise not to leave it quite so long between catch-ups next time. Although, perhaps don't hold us to that one!
